You can search for products from Henry Ford Health Products in a number of ways:

  • Use the name of the item you want (e.g. test strips)
  • Use the Manufacturer's Product Code (e.g. TSI13001 for 25 Gauge Freestyle Sterile Lancets)
  • Use the Manufacturer Name to see products from that company

Henry Ford Health Products Policies

SHIPPING POLICY

Products generally ship Fedex, UPS or DHL and in some cases motor freight. Shipping is free on most products in the continental United States. On all orders received before 2:00 PM Eastern Time, shipping is usually same day. We do not ship outside the continental United States.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you decide to cancel an order for whatever reason, do it quickly. Henry Ford Health Products order processing is usually done same day and is complete at 4:45 p.m. eastern time. Cancellation must be made by phone at 1-800-617-5711. If the product was shipped, cancellation cannot be done. Do not refuse delivery, instead see our Return Goods Policy.

DAMAGED GOODS POLICY

When you receive your package, you should immediately open and inspect the product for completeness and damage. In cases where the product is damaged, we will simply ship a new product to you. If the product is missing a part, we will generally ship the missing part. Missing or damaged products should be reported within 10 days of receipts.

RETURN GOODS POLICY

If you need to return a product, and you are the original purchaser, you need to do so within 30 days of delivery. All returns require a Return Authorization number (RA number). To obtain a RA number, call 1-800-617-5711 or email customerservice@henryfordhealthproducts.com. Include a copy of the original invoice in your box. Also, be sure to write the RA number clearly on the top of your return box and on the invoice to ensure a refund.
Provide us with the order number, product description, and the reason for return. All products must be returned in its original packaging with all instructions and parts. The product must be in new, resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse any product in not new condition or for health safety reasons.


If Henry Ford Health Products made the mistake in shipping out the wrong product, then we will refund your order total in addition to $5 for shipping & handling. If the reason for return falls on an incorrect item selection or change of heart, then we will not refund anything for shipping & handling. Upon notification that the product has been returned to our warehouse in new condition a credit will be issued to your credit card.

Beds, mattresses, commodes, raised toilet seats, wheelchair cushions and commodes are non-returnable. (These items are non returnable due to hygienic considerations).

PRODUCT EXCHANGES

If a product needs to be exchanged, (see the Return Goods Policy). In addition we will ship the new product out same day if you choose, and bill your credit card with the new order. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will credit your credit card.

PRICING POLICIES

There is a greater cost to process insurance claims. For the same product, you will notice that cash pricing is less than insurance pricing. Please contact us at 1-800-617-5711 for a more detailed explanation.

There are times when the pricing in our stores and online may differ. Those differences may reflect the warehousing and other overhead costs. We encourage you to shop as much as possible online because you will find the most competitive prices on items.
