Online Ordering Tutorial
This page will show you how to place an online order using an established username and password. It may be a good idea to keep this tutorial open in a seperate window for easy referencing. Step 7:
Click ‘Update Subtotal.’ This is one of the most important steps in the ordering process.
Step 8:
Carefully review all of the information in your shopping cart and click ‘Checkout.’
As a general rule, following the green buttons from this point forward will lead to an order submission. Follow this rule with caution because the following steps require accurate customer and order information.
Step 9:
Review/enter your information on this page. If you are purchasing a product with Medicare or insurance, then be sure to enter your doctor’s name and phone number, located above ‘Your Total.’ Click 'Continue’ once you have reviewed all of your information for accuracy.
If this page is requesting credit card information and you are purchasing products with Medicare or insurance, then you need to go back to your shopping cart and select ‘Insurance’ under the product title. Your shopping cart can be reached by clicking ‘Back’ on your internet browser.
