Online Ordering Tutorial
This page will show you how to place an online order without having an established username and password. It may be a good idea to keep this tutorial open in a seperate window for easy referencing. Step 7:
Click 'Yes’ if you are a current Henry Ford Health Products customer. Click ‘No’ if you are not. If you click ‘No,’ then you will be immediately directed to the customer information page. Skip the next three steps if this is the case.
Step 8:
Click ‘No’ if you have never ordered online with us before. Click ‘Yes’ if you have ordered online with us before. If you click ‘Yes,’ then you will be directed to log in using your current username and password. Skip the next step if this is the case.
Step 9:
Enter your Henry Ford Health Products account number and the zip code in your account. Click ‘Lookup My Info’ to retrieve your information from our database. Select your last name and proceed.
